Signing up for a Power Hour is a great investment of your time and money so, to ensure you get the most out of our time together, preparation is vital.

There is nothing more annoying than investing in something and then finding you don’t get what you were expecting from it.

With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know about preparing for your Power Hour.

Have a clear idea of what you need covered.

Your call is your time to solve the specific issues you are facing with your Facebook ads or other social media marketing.

By sending any questions or issues over to me in advance I can plan our time together so you get the most out of it. I can ensure all your issues are resolved.

If you aren’t having specific issues then make sure you know what you want to get out of our time together and let me know at the start of the call.

Download & read my A-Z of Facebook ads jargon

This will ensure you have a basic understanding of the wording often used around Facebook ads and will mean we spend less time on explaining the jargon and more time solving your specific ad issues.

Have your ad essentials ready

If you want to use our time together to set up your Facebook ads then doing this work before our call will ensure we can get the ads ready to go.

  • Who are you hoping to target? Write a clear definition of who your target customer is. Be as in depth as you can possibly be so you aren’t just thinking of age, gender and location but also interests, likes and dislikes etc.
  • What action are you expecting them to take? eg make a purchase, sign up to a lead magnet, watch a video etc. Ensure you have any urls to hand so you can simply copy and paste where needed.
  • How are you going to grab their attention? Come along to your power hour with the images or video you think would work. And prepare some rough text that you think would work as ad copy. This will give us the bones to flesh out during the hour.

Familiarise yourself with Zoom

You’ll be sent a Zoom link to join the call so have a test run to ensure you know how to access it.

If you are joining on mobile you will need to download the Zoom app but you will get the most from the call if you can join on desktop so we can share screens and I can get in to see your ad account.

Before you join the call, make sure you have your ad account open in the background & have a pen and paper handy.

Check the WiFi & grab a drink

A good internet connection is essential of course!

This is a video call but there’s no judgement here so if you want to come to your power hour in your PJ’s or gym gear thats fine with me.

Bring a coffee & get comfortable.

After your power hour

You will be sent a recording of our call, I would advise you to download this as soon as it is sent through. Save it where you can easily find it in the future so you can refer back to it should you need a refresher.

Join my free facebook group so you can benefit from other tips and advice I share and can connect with me if you are struggling with any other small issues

If you haven’t booked your power hour yet you can do so here
